In addition we look after all your maintenance requirements whether we fix the problem or organise a specialised trades person; we will let you know what is required. Guest arrival clean puts the sparkle on your lovely home ensuring that Guests expectations are not just met but are exceeded. We live in the Tropical Far North, our daily dirt and dust is not your normal situation. Insects, Gekko poo (and no to all you southerners it's not mouse poo), dampness, mold and everything beyond can build up instantly, even over night. We are locals and know what to look for. In additional we manage all your hire linen and towel requirements, kitchen, laundry and bathroom amenities and even a Welcome Pack for your guests. Guest Exit - Your Guests have had a truly momentous holiday and have left, leaving behind a fridge of food that will go off, cupboards of open food products that will attract the pests and the garbage bin is overflowing. We do on the day exit cleans. It is important to remove all rubbish, used linen, wet towels as soon as possible. Every bit of home care ensures your property is maintained at the highest level thus reducing unforeseen costs to remedy situations that need not to have occurred. Wet Season Preparation and Management - We are back to the wet season and as mentioned above, many properties are locked up for this period. The best scenario to ensure minimal damage is to be pro-active in the preparation. We will do a full clean ensuring there are no food items or past used by date items left around, store any items that need storing, strip and cover beds, check windows and doors, put around the house water absorbent containers (i.e Hippo) and make sure your property is secure. During the season we can check on your property to make sure all is in order, or whether maintenance is needed. We can also coordinate your pool and garden tradespeople. Owner readiness - If you are planning a holiday in your own home, then we can make sure it is ready for your arrival.
